Refund Policy – FG Cap Studio

FG Cap Studio is committed to delivering high-quality digital products and professional capital strategy services. This Refund Policy outlines the limited circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

By purchasing any product or service from FG Cap Studio, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Digital Products (Final Sale)

All digital products offered by FG Cap Studio—including downloadable materials, templates, guides, and proprietary frameworks—are delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital content:

● All digital product sales are final

● No refunds will be issued once access has been provided

● This applies regardless of whether the product has been downloaded, accessed, or used

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to a purchased digital product, please contact clientservices@fgcapstudio.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues but do not issue refunds for technical compatibility or user error.

2. Consultancy & Professional Services

Consultancy services are delivered pursuant to a written proposal, engagement letter, or service agreement defining scope, timing, and deliverables.

a. No Outcome-Based Refunds

FG Cap Studio does not guarantee outcomes, including but not limited to:

● Capital raised

● Transaction completion

● Investor participation

● Financial or business performance

Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with results, market conditions, investor behavior, or business outcomes.

b. Limited Refund Eligibility

Refunds for consultancy services will be considered only in cases of:

● Complete non-delivery of agreed services, and

● Where no meaningful work has commenced

Once services have begun, including planning, analysis, coordination, document preparation, or advisory time, fees are non-refundable.

c. Partial Performance

No refunds are issued for:

● Partially completed services

● Time already incurred

● Services delivered in accordance with the agreed scope

3. Cancellations

a. Consultancy Engagements

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation rights, notice periods, and any applicable fees are governed by the applicable service agreement. In the absence of a written agreement, all fees paid are non-refundable once services commence.

b. Digital Products

Digital product purchases cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed and access has been granted.

4. How to Request a Refund Review

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Please include:

● Purchaser name

● Order number or invoice reference

● Product or service purchased

● Detailed explanation of the request

Refund requests must be submitted within 5 business days of the alleged issue. Requests submitted outside this window may not be reviewed.

FG Cap Studio will respond within 5 business days of receipt.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting FG Cap Studio to resolve the issue may be considered a violation of this Refund Policy and our Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide documentation demonstrating delivery of products or services.

6. Exceptions & Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued for:

● Digital products once access is provided

● Services delivered in accordance with the agreed scope

● Misuse, misunderstanding, or misapplication of materials

● Changes in business circumstances, investor interest, or market conditions

● Client delays, inaction, or failure to provide required information
