What happens after I place my order?

Once an order is placed, you will receive immediate confirmation, along with a second email cofirming the next steps and a request for information. Most of our engagements begin with a discovery intake Form that collects:

Business Summary, Overview and Financials.
Existing Investor Materials (if any)
Raise Goals and Ideal Timeline.
Current Investor Pipeline or CRM (if applicable)

From there, we scope the appropriate product or package.

Does your guarantee mean fundraising success is assured?

While we design all materials to meet investor expectations and best practices, we cannot guarantee fundraising outcomes.

Investor decisions depend on many factors beyond materials, including market conditions, traction, and fit.

Do you offer refunds?

Because our products and services are bespoke, digital, and time-intensive, we do not offer refunds once work has begun or materials have been delivered. However, we stand behind our work and will address any legitimate concerns to ensure expectations are met.

What if I’m not satisfied with the final deliverable?

If you feel the deliverable does not align with the agreed scope or brief, we offer reasonable revisions to resolve the issue. Our goal is to ensure you receive a final output you can confidently use with investors.

How many revisions are included?

Revision rounds vary by product and are clearly defined at the time of purchase or onboarding. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope can be accommodated for an additional fee if needed.

What if I change my mind after purchasing?

Due to the nature of our services and immediate allocation of resources, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds once a project has commenced. If work has not yet started, please contact us promptly to discuss possible options.
